Take a walk with me! My name is Joelle, and I’m a walking coach and an ACE-certified group fitness instructor based in Central New Jersey. I’ve always loved walking as a form of exercise, and in 2005 I completed my first full marathon (26.2 miles), walking the entire race. (I’ve since done three more full marathons, and 12 half marathons.)
